Peter is a farmer’s son from North Wales. After graduating in Rural Land Management from Reading University, Peter trained in a large rural practice in East Anglia for 7 years, moving to Chester where he covered North Wales, Cheshire and surrounding counties before joining J. Bradburne Price & Co. in 2019.
He has over 30 years specialist experience in the valuation and sale of all types of rural property, dealing with complex agricultural tenancies including representations at the Agricultural Lands Tribunal, compulsory purchase acquisitions and compensation claims, and the negotiation and agreement of large development Option and Promotion Agreements. Peter also has extensive property rostrum experience and has sold hundreds of Lots across North Wales, Cheshire and surrounding counties.
Outside of work Peter is a keen rugby supporter making regular trips to Cardiff and beyond to support his home nation. The rest of the time is spent helping his son on his sheep and beef farm on the Clwydian Hills.
